Apprentice IT Specialist for System Integration (m/f/d)

During your apprenticeship with us, you will become an expert in IT systems and networks. You will gain experience in all relevant departments and learn the fundamental and job-specific skills that will prepare you for your future role.

• You will plan, install, and configure IT systems and networks, becoming a specialist in IT infrastructure.
• You will support the implementation of new and existing systems and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You will assist with the setup and administration of customer-specific IT systems.
• You will learn how to troubleshoot application and system issues and become a key contact for technical challenges.
• You will support the maintenance of hardware and software components to ensure optimal performance.
• You will identify and resolve faults and technical issues before they become problems.

3 years (with the option to shorten the apprenticeship to 2.5 years)

• Successful completion of secondary education (e.g. intermediate school certificate, advanced technical college entrance qualification, or university entrance qualification)
• You are passionate about hardware and software and have a strong analytical and systematic way of thinking.
• You enjoy contributing your own ideas and are proactive in developing solutions.
• You enjoy interacting with people and have strong communication skills.
• You are reliable, detail-oriented, and have a good understanding of technical concepts and relationships.
• You enjoy working with numbers and interacting directly with customers.
• You are a team player who can also work independently and organize tasks effectively.
• Your English is quite good.
