On April 2nd, 2025, Welotec GmbH signed an agreement to be 100% acquired by Swedish-based Westermo, part of the Ependion Group. This partnership marks an exciting new chapter – for us, for our customers, and for the future.

The combination of Westermo’s robust communication expertise and Welotec’s proven computing solutions creates powerful synergies. The company currently has about 480 employees and global sales of more than ≈120 million Euro. Development and manufacturing take place in Sweden, Ireland, Germany and Switzerland.
