• Reports are acknowledged within three business days.
• All vulnerabilities are thoroughly investigated.
• Researchers who follow the policy are protected from legal action and receive recognition for their contributions.

For transparency, resolved vulnerabilities are listed on VDE Cert.

Welotec GmbH complies with the EU Directives 2002/96/EC and 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) and the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG). As part of our commitment to sustainability, we provide a take-back service for electrical appliances purchased from Welotec.

Customers can return old appliances to us for proper recycling or disposal. While customers are responsible for organizing and covering the transport costs to our facility, Welotec ensures the disposal process is completed at no additional charge.
