Thomas has a background in electrical engineering and information technology and joined MULTIVAC Sepp Haggenmüller in 2016. There, as Team Leader IoT Infrastructure, he was responsible for several years for the development and alignment of the IoT strategy as well as software development in the cloud backend and edge environment. Thomas joined GEA Group in 2022. As Senior Software Architect IoT, he is heavily involved in the cloud and IoT strategy and is responsible for the development of the IoT cloud and edge platform as well as the definition of the cloud and data architecture. Thomas is also an active contributor to many open source projects and a frequent speaker in the IoT space.

Max is a licensed physician and joined Welotec in product management after completing his medical studies. He is now VP of the Productivity Business Unit at Welotec with a focus on connected machines and devices in mechanical engineering. Max also works as an OKR Coach and Scrum Master & PO with agile methods for strategy and project management. He is also active in the start-up scene as an advisory board member and investor.
